  • I hope that you enjoy your stay.  My name is Terry Harrington and I am an Owner/Associate Broker of RE/MAX Traditions, a full service real estate office located in Yakima, Washington.  Yakima is located in the high desert climate of central Washington State. 
     
  • I have been a real estate agent since 1985 when I graduated from the Business School at the University of Washington. 
     
  • I am a Full Service Real Estate Broker.  I have represented a multitude of Home Owners, and have coached them in how to properly prepare, market, list and sell their property.
     
  • I am also very accomplished in representing Buyers as a Buyer's Agent.  I educate Buyers to the value of real estate, negotiate for the best price and terms, and follow the transaction through closing.
